I've had a property management company since 2001 and Sunshine Carpet Cleaners was the first company I've dealt with that didn't email or fax me the bill as agreed, then HASSLED me about paying the bill the day after the carpets were cleaned.
The owner Karen actually got angry on the phone with me, saying they were in Reno now and they needed the money, so I need to give her my credit card number over the phone. I kept telling her that if she could just e-mail or fax me the bill, I would pay it...but her response was to tell me that she couldn't e-mail or fax because they were on vacation in Reno and that I didn't need to see a bill in order to pay it. Wrong.
