He took the time to talk to me and listen to me explain my problem (pool cracks which was causing noticeable water loss) and suggested several solutions. He explained things clearly and made sure I understood without making me feel like an idiot. Even though it was not his company that did the repairs, he referred me to a concrete company that took care of everything for a good price.
