As some background, I'm not from the USA and the business of home heating and cooling is very foreign to me. Having said that, I found Sunset Mechanical to be a very professionally run company. During a routine inspection they found a crack in my heat exchanger. This had not been identified by other companies and Sunset Mechanical were prepared to challenge the results of other outfits. I find this level of confidence very reassuring. I opted for a replacement of my basement unit which was admittedly not cheap. The price was in the same range as those quoted from competitors so I don't know if it's possible ever to get a fantastic deal. Justin and Aaron at Sunset run a great operation. They are honest, call you back in a very prompt manner and really know their stuff. My wife and I have used 3 outfits prior to Sunset that we found either dishonest or extremely flaky. Go with these Sunset if you want a great experience and a well running HVAC unit at your home.
