Not Good
I have taken my pets to this clinic over the past 3 years. They are rude and non-caring to the point of my deciding to go elsewhere. I only went there because the woman who I got ... Read more on insiderpages

Looking for a new vet
They were rude. We used to like them because of the pricing. We must have done something one day that they didn't like because since then we and our pets have been all but ignored everytime we go in. Despite the fact that we've had to go in more than once a month the last 4 months with more than one pet and have spent $3000 with them this year alone. They are nice and friendly to almost everyone else like they used to be to us. The other day I called them to see if my dog needed to come back in because she was vomiting and we had just brought her in 2 days before because of vomiting and an extreme alergic reaction. The woman told us that it wouldn't count as a follow up because it wasn't related to the alergic reaction (even though she said that they would now want to do a test they had earlier said they would want to do only if my dogs alergic reaction DIDN'T get better, which besides the vomiting it had) and since I would have rathered spent our last $40 on something my dog would actually need I wanted to be sure it had nothing to do w her allergic reaction(which they said might be caused by a food alergy) and asked her if she was a nurse or if I could talk to a vet before bringing my dog in. Then after she told me that she wasn't any kind of qualified vet she argued that the vomiting had nothing to do with any food problems and I said that it just sounded like they could be related and then she said in a snotty tone "Are you a doctor?" When I asked her not to talk to me like that she said "Do what?" and I said "Just please don't do that." She said "What?" again then I said "You know what I'm talking about." and she asked me "what?" yet again and told me that she couldn't hear me. It felt like having a fight with a 13 year old and I just wanted to get off the phone with her and we agreed the vet would call me. He did later that day and I mentioned that I had a problem with his staff earlier, which he said he was already aware of and said that he had no problem with the way his staff handled themselves and told me good luck finding a new vet. Even though this was the first out of the 3 time that they were very rude to me and my family that I've said anything. Read more on yahoo

Sunset Cliffs is the BEST
After adopting my little Honey Girl from the shelter, I took here to the clinic as recommended by my best friends and their three dogs. The doctors and technicians at the clinic are wonderful. Although Honey Girl isn't real happy when we visit, she always has a smile on her face when we leave. Thank you Sunset Cliffs Animal Clinic Read more on yahoo

Vets are good-staff is just OK
Christy Berg and her husband vet are great vets. It's a busy office, not much room to sit. The front staff is kinda slow. I'd still recommend this vet even though my experience ... Read more on insiderpages

If I Could Talk To The Animals
If my dog could talk, he'd say "I like Dr. Christy Berg." If my cat could talk, well, that would be tougher because he is dead, but he lived a good long 22 years and would testify ... Read more on judysbook
