Do you ever have an experience with so negative that it sticks with you years later. This is my one and only experience I have had in my life, and its with this company. I had ordered outdoor patio lights from this company, Sunrise lighting, now with a new website (socallighting.com). They sent the wrong order (number of lights), and one of the lights had cracked glass. Should be a simple fix... I had called multiple times to fix the problem and they never corrected the order. They were combative on the phone, passive aggressive (stated they would send the order out and never did over months) and unprofessional. At one point, I asked Michael Hanna why the process was taking so long, and he said &quot;he didn&#39;t like me&quot; and he had a new large order from Las Vegas and did not have time to correct my order. If you spend less then 5 min on google you will read review after review of how this company have victimized people. They have questionable products, their staff is rude &amp; will insult you personaly, &amp; finaly they have no problem telling lies (no matter how unbelievable) to cover their tracks. For those who have more time, there is even more reasons to stay away on the better bus bueru website &amp; various review sites.‎
