Service OK...but price is ripe off
I have taken my Hyundai Santa Fe to Sunnyvale. In general, they do good job and get my SUV back into good shape. Previously, I was dealing with Paul, he was fairly honest and balance out the charges (sometimes give me free work when the bill is high). Since the new guy Eric came, I find him to be a used car equivalent of service manager. The guy makes up pricing on the spot. After my last service, I called around to independent shops, realized I have been riped off left and right. Never go back to them again....ripe me off once, shame on you. Ripe me off twice, shame on me. They lost a valuable customer....in service AND potential car buyer. I just bought a brand new Jeep few months ago. If Paul was still the manager, there is good chance I would have buy another Hyundai. But Eric pretty much influenced me not to buy another Hyundai and have to get ripe off.
