I shop this store when I am in need of organic and whole food supplements. They have a great selection of organic prepackaged food, but selection is limited in the fresh produce department. They have a vast selection of nutritional supplements and homeopathic remedies. The staff is very knowledgeable . Prices are a bit higher than other stores in the area and they aren't open on Sunday.
