Friendly atmosphere

I've had my Sundance Optima spa for over 5 years. It has been a great hot tub with no problems. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Pros: Large selection and friendly service

Cons: Getting there is a bit confusing if you don't know the area

Watch out

The quality of the spas is good, but carefullly read your sales contract. What was delivered didn't match what was paid for. Also delivery time was 2 months rather than 1 week

If you are looking for a small spa or a custom built pool this is the place. They are conveniently located for people in central san jose. The showroom is fairly large and they have lots of great ideas. Installation was a snap!
