Two weeks of waiting after leaving a $60 deposit to tell me that the repair is more than the cost of the TV- or most any new TV of its size. The labor alone was in upwards of $170.00, this for replacing a circut board which I discovered later takes 20 minutes.
This is a rip-off operation that hopes that because you left a non-refundable deposit that they can later drop the bomb on you and charge whatever they want.
On top of this, the person I spoke to became snippy and asked why I would bring the TV to them in the first place after my telling them that they're complete rip-offs and losing my $60.00 deposit.
Do yourself a favor and avoid these thieves like the plague.
