Go with Alhambra or anyone else, Save the headaches!
Have been trying for two months to cancel service. They told me we needed to mail in the letter of cancellation. Not trusting them, I sent it certified mail. It was never claimed, and was returned to me after another month had gone by. Meanwhile, they're still charging me, and have not picked up their dispenser.
I've never had this problem with another water company. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.
