Don't use summit unless you like a company that refuses to pi9ck a phone and call a customer back when they know you want to cancel. It has been four months of calling and trying to cancel and them still deliverying water. I don't live there I called and cancelled. Terrible customer service.

Have been trying for two months to cancel service. They told me we needed to mail in the letter of cancellation. Not trusting them, I sent it certified mail. It was never claimed, and was returned to me after another month had gone by. Meanwhile, they're still charging me, and have not picked up their dispenser.

I've never had this problem with another water company. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

Attempted to cancel our water wervice for over a month. Mailed certified letter. It has been sitting at the post office since 10/9/09, this is the 24th. They ignored the USPS notice that was left for them, and of course, are going to bill us for the time. My next step is Better Business Bureau and Seven on Your Side. Anyone else having this problem with them???‎

I have been trying to cancel my service for 4 months. I finally got someone to call me back and they said they would cancel and they said they would give me a call back to schedual a pick of the bottle but never did and then keeped bring water after that. They never answer the phone ebcause they odn't want people to cancel and only call you back if you don't tell them on the answering machine your calling to cancel. Horrible customer service. Don't use.

We have been trying to quite our water service for 6 mounths. We moved from location of service. Nobody will return our call, and when they did we gave new adress for last bill. water keeps coming and bill is still being sent to old adress. Its easy for them to sign you up but impossible to quite.‎
