My daughter ordered her wedding dress from a different bridal shop (Thank God!) but picked out bridesmaid dresses from this shop (Unfortunately). I am usually not one to write reviews but feel people, especially when shopping for a big day can be forwarned as to what they are getting in to. My youngest daughter who is 13 is a size 9, and has been in 2 other weddings this year, the most recent 2 months ago. When going in to be fitted I was out of town and my sister in law took her. I figured how hard can this be? This is what these people do for a living, when picking up the dress today not only was there NO CUSTOMER SERVICE involved I had to point blank ask them to come fit the dress. When I questioned why in the world a size 12 was ordered Sukie kept saying she went by measurments. I was then informed after I kept insisiting the dress was humongous it would be an additional $60.00 to alter the dress. I came home and looked at the measurements taken by the 2 OTHER bridal stores within the last year and they were identical AND 5-6" OFF what Sukie measured! Ridiculous! If you want correct measurements or ANY quality of customer service GO ELSEWHERE!

Totally awesome all around! I have a naturally large bust (DDD) with a 28" waist that makes it virtually impossible to find a cocktail dress, button down shirt or anything that resembles cute. After three days, 67 dresses and a wedding the next day, I was ready to say forget it and let my husband go solo to our friends wedding when I suddenly caught Sukie's Bridal & Tux out of the corner of my eye. Sukie was AMAZING along with the gentleman at the front desk. They listened to my dilemma and immediately showed me their beautiful selection of ready to buy dresses. With my only concern being I needed a dress, I didn't bother to even look at the store hours. Needless to say, Sukie never once said her store was already closed. She understood my dilemma and had nothing in her mind but to provide superb customer service. (If you've shopped anywhere lately, it's hard to come by "true" customer service anymore.) I picked my dress and she tailored it for the wedding by the next day! The price was incredible as well. I'm always looking for great deals and this is a one stop shop. Sukie has it all. My wardrobe consists mainly of t-shirts or shirts that have to be worn with tank tops. Thanks to Sukie's, that will no longer be the case.

I went to Sukie's for alterations after the bridal boutique that I had bought my gown from unexpectedly closed and left no further information! I was a little unsettled, especially given that they had told me my dress would be very complicated to alter. I met with Sukie and she assured me that it would be no problem to fix. She also matched the price that the original boutique had quoted me! I was relieved, to say the least!

When she called me two weeks early to tell me that my alterations were already complete, I was excited and surprised! I tried on my gown, which was perfectly fitted to me and felt soo thankful that I had come here! Sukie's attention to detail and concern for her customer make this boutique one of the best.

They are a first class operation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sukie's to any friend. I certainly am thankful that I found them.

I actually walked out of this facility because I drove from an hour away only to get in the store, no customers were there, two dressing rooms were blatantly empty and I was told I could not try on one dress. They were completely unwilling to help me as a customer that was trying to be nice and understanding. They were snotty and acted like their business was needed to keep the gears of society running. To give a bit more detail...I had called ahead of time to check if I could come in. The woman on the phone said I could come in, but when I arrived was told I could not try on the dress because I didn't have an appointment. I didn't realize that I was supposed to specifically request an appointment when the lady told me I could indeed come in! So after driving from an hour away to an empty store I was told that I couldn't try on a dress. The woman was defensive and the gentleman just plain weird. NEWSFLASH to the store owner - there are plenty of other bridal shops in the area that carry a better selection and better brands then you. I am pretty sure the man at the store just works there so he can put on lipstick and dance around in the dresses after the store closes.

I went in to Sukie's with a friend of mine because she was having a difficult time with the owner when it came to the alterations of her wedding dress. The dress wasn't fitted correctly in the bust and the owner insisted that it was fine, when it obviously wasn't. After repeatedly insisting that yes, there was something wrong she reluctantly agreed to work on it again. Two years later when I became engaged I went in to look at dresses and the woman was as rude as she was when I came in with my friend. The owner literally looks at you, sizes you up, and determines wheather or not you are worthy enough to shop in her store. My mother and sister went in without me to look at bridemaid dresses and recieved very similar treatment.
