Had my car washed on Sept 12, 2011; During the wipe down the lady had broken of a slide on the console which was used to pull closed a cover.

When confronted by the manager; he immediately took the defensive saying the slide suffered from "Dry Rot". Infuriated with his attitude I left and will be following up with the Better Business Bureau and small claims to have the problem resolved.

As I mentioned my next action, the manager waved, smiled and said “Have a Great Day”...

When I arrived, they said it would take about two hours to do the hand wash and wax and the top of the line detail work. I had brought some work to do and told them, "find." In less than 45 minutes they tapped on the window of the waiting area and told me my car was done. I went out to check on it and it still had insects on the grill, the front license plate and the front bumper. The windows were thick with some oily white stuff and the dash had never been cleaned at all. FOR $149??!!!! I asked them to do it over and they refused. I told them I had an American Express card and would call them and they would not make me pay it until they investigated. They took my keys, refused to give them to me, and called a "boss man" who drove up in a black pickup truck with an older man. The older man looked at the job and tried to convince the younger 'boss' to redo it, but he refused. I told him that I was going to call American Express. He then called the police! The police came and began telling me I had to pay them in cash! I refused! I had already PAID with the American Express card -- all I wanted was the $149 detail job I had already paid for. The office looked at the car and yes, it was a shoddy job. He said he would try to get them to do it over. But they didn't. They just rubbed it right there in the lot for about 30 seconds with some dirty rags. The office told me that if I called American Express, he would arrest me and then took my license number! After I left, I called American Express and they told me to go to the Police Station, hand them my card and put them on the line so they could explain. To make it short, the detail was never done properly, the officer was in error, and I'm out $149!

My daughter had her oil changed there on 9/29/07. On 10/18 she was going down the road and the oil light came on. When I went to check it out there was no oil filter on the car. All the oil had leaked out. No damage to underside of car so the oil filter had to fall off on it's own. When I called they immediately went on the defensive and said it could not possibly be their fault. All he offered to do was look at the car if I brought it in. They would not pay for a wrecker to get it there. If I had taken it there, whats to look at? I had to put a new oil filter and oil in it. Bottom line is they claimed no responsibility for what happened. You decide if you would want to take your car here or not.

Avoid this poor excuss for a car wash. The owner does not care about customer service.

Someone please open a car wash and put this place out of business.
