I just purchase a 6 inch chicken breast at 4:30 today. They normaly have great service. But today they made me a Subway chicken breast with no chicken in it. Of course I did not know this until I have reached my location and unwrapped the paper and no chicken is in my sandwich. So I called this Subway location at 5:13 p.m. and it no one as of yet has answered the telephone.
Pros : N/A
Cons : I will try again by 6;00 and on Friday, May 1, 2009. Of course I am not happy. How will they solve this disappointment.
