they claim they are not but you will be shocked at the drugs in this park. Right up to the management. Lots of drama with people falling down and knocking on your trailer asking for drugs. Management is a thug like charactor and assistant is a pill popper. You will get to know the cars the dealers drive. One is a crack dealer and the weed dealer drives an 'element' and comes once a month door to door. Worst experience I have ever had with people. Rip Off.

i have been here for 7 years and i would not want to be in any other park in is town. you pay your rent and keep up your yard and there will not be a problem. Yes you have to pay for food plants but not for flower. what park dose not have problems but if you go to other around here you all know this is the best place to live

The physical appearance of the park is ntot so bad. The park ownership requires a 6 month minimum rental agreement to move in and forget to specifty that electricity is extra. Some other hidden charges that show up are a water charge if you have plants. This again was not mentioned before signing the rental agreement. I have not yet seen a copy of the "park rules" even though if you inadvertently break one of the "park rules" you are told that is where it is. This park does have a restroom and shower. The shower is a pay shower (quarter for 2 1/2 minutes) and it is not stocked with soap, toilet paper or paper towels. Unless you are extremely tolerant of surprises, I would not recommend staying here.
