The staff here is mediocre, which tells me so is management. I have been several times and each time it seems to get a little worse. I was really encouraged on my first 2 visits, but the slow, slightly rude, and indifferent servers just ruin the experience now. We saw Iron Man 2 and the servers didn't seem to care at all. One guy even accused me of lying when I told him I didn't order a hamburger. The bathroom was trashed with paper towels everywhere and the bins overflowing. Poor, poor management. Sound and picture quality are very good, and I like the seating. However, in the future, I'll probably choose to go to Alamo Draft House if I want dinner and a movie.‎

today was my 3rd time @smg...first 2 times were pretty chill. tonight, we thought our order was taken but when every1 got their dinners except 4ours, we were told the waiter may have taken the order but never "entered" it on the monitor. The salsa, chips & queso arrive, & tasted like some1dropped the salt dispenser in my batch, so i send it back. quite pricey also, & gratuity not included, you add it in yourself, tonight they got a big fat 0 from me.‎

First, we bought our tickets online. We paid about $1 more each to do this. When we got there, everyone was using the line that was for online purchasers. So there was absolutely no advantage to paying the extra money. I pointed this out to the young lady working at the ticket booth and she laughed it off. We are directed to the line for the movie. We wait and people with reserved seats are let in. Fine with me. Then they let us in too. The girl told us to just sit anywhere. When we get in the young men told us we couldn't just sit anywhere. By the time we found a place, the theatre was almost full. We got our 3-D glasses and mine were extremely scratched. I asked one of the workers if I could get a different pair. He said that they were all scratched anyway and that they separate out the least scratched and give them to the customers. He wouldn't even look to see how scratched the glasses were. The movie was very hard to see with the scratches. The waiter was good. That was ...

Went there because many friends recommend the place. It was a complete fail. Me and my 3 friends were instructed by a guy with a really bad attitude, to seat in specific seats because the rest of the theather were "reserved seats" after 10 ...

I've been to this location a few time. Most of the times we have went was awesome. The only times we had gotten bad seats was on opening night of hit movies. I would advise on going to their website and doing reserve seats if you are planning on seeing a hit movie in the first couple of weeks on date nights. Food was good and so were the drinks...Some people have reviewed about the staff coming around during that movie, you will not notice them but at the beginning until you get involved in the movie. Either way you view it, I love SMG.‎
