We have been taking our 2002 Honda CRV and 1991 Acura to S.T. for a couple years now. They are good to work with. Although we have had a couple bumps along the way, it's nothing they really were to blame for. There was a problem with one of our vehicles that was difficult to diagnose and it took a couple trys to get it done but eventually they came through. Recently there was an issue that, again, they made right and we are keeping our business with them for no other reason than they took care of us and did a lot of the legwork above and beyond what I would have expected of another repair shop.

I've been with Strictly Toy-Ondas since coming to Auburn in 1992, they have serviced several vehicles for me now. I have always found their service friendly, fast, and they talk to me about options, the expensive versus the practical. They have saved me money. I train and deploy Search and Rescue Dogs; training and searches involve hard use and long distances. My job as a Trauma Nurse involves a moderate commute. I depend on my vehicle to make everything possible. Strictly Toy-Ondas will take me home to my house in Auburn after I drop off my vehicle, will call me when it's ready, even come to pick me up. They send me reminders in the mail about required maintenance, like they know my Owner's Manual for me!
This last week I had one of those Check Engine lights, took it in expecting something expensive ... Strictly Toy-Ondas told me it was something they expected to deal with at my next scheduled maintenance, not to worry, checked a bunch of other stuff and it cost me ~$50 and done.
My partner drives an older Izuzu. It needed heavy work; he went to every shop in Auburn... I asked Strictly Toy-Ondas to make an exception and they fixed the problem and saved us several hundred dollars. This after diagnosing the problem for free (before agreeing to fix it) and half the more expensive estimates from the other Auburn shops were way off the mark!
My 2000 Tundra has >198,000 hard, often offroad miles on it. I trust it to get me and my dogs expeditiously and safely to our next search... and safely home again. For that I thank Strictly Toy-Ondas.

Strictly Toy-ondas has been performing all of the service and maintenance on my cars for 16 years. They have been outstanding in providing friendly & honest service. They use factory parts on all my vehicles, and maintain a lower price. I have always been able to see with my own eyes any problems with my vehicle because they will take me out in the shop and show it to me! This shop is the best around in my opinion.

My guess is the other poster was only getting oil changes here cause based on my experience it's doubtful this place can handle anything more than that.

I'd select the rating I feel they deserve but you don't provide negative stars....

Strictly Toy-ondas is a great place to get you car repaired. They are always friendly and get the job done quickly. Most of the time they are cheaper than the dealership. I have found them to be more expensive if you need a diagnostic. I say just call both and check. Other wise a great place to get a repair.

PROS: Friendly, fast service
CONS: some services are more expensive than Honda dealership
