They do have a good selection, and are very knowledgeable, but every time I've been there, the staff acts like they are doing me a favor by selling stuff to me. People skills are definitely lacking. I haven't been back in over a year.

I just read the last post on 2/02/08 & find it very bitter. To allow people to be so unashamed of their comments yet cowardice in their anonymity is just plane irresponsible. Customers are allowed to shop around for whatever they are looking for: best price, quality of animals, quality of service, knowledge, availability, whatever-no need to be so nasty. Overall, the store has great appeal: its clean, the animals are well taken care of, and actually, MANY OF THE PRICES BEAT PETCO. Elliots is ok. But they do not have the REPTILE knowledge that I or most enthusiast look for. I do wish that the owner was a little more friendly. OVERALL: 8

Their prices are the worst I have seen for any of their reptiles. The owner was very rude and lacked people skills.

If anyone is looking for a good pet store, go to Elliot's for Pets. They're much better priced and friendly.

This is a pretty nice store. It is a little small, but has everything you need. The employees could be a bit more friendly, but seem to know a lot about reptiles.
