The people that work at Stone West are rude! We were treated like dirt. When we went to look at granite slabs for our kitchen remodel we spent an hour trying to get someone to help us. Once we found a slab we liked we were insulted by the salesperson when he said, "Its reeeallly expensive." Don't tell me that something is expensive when you havent told me the price. You dont know how much money I have in my account! Anyway the slab was $2200. (Not expensive in my book!) We feel we were judged based on our appearance because we happen to be younger (in our 20s).

When we went back a few weeks later to pay for the slab for our fabricator, we were told we had to pay the fabricator directly (which is contrary to what we were orginally told)

The next day. when the fabricator arrived at StoneWest to pick it up, the dumb salesperson said she didn't know where the slab was --even though the day before she said it would be ready for pick up the next morning. We went back to the company to clear up the confusion, they started making excuses and again, had very bad customer service.

Long story short, we spent 3 days running around when it should have only taken 1 hour. I will never recommend this company to anyone! I hope they go out of business! Ventura doesn't need pretentious jerks...
