Strongly suggest not to use this company. They have very bad attitude when you just call to find out the status of your order. Their only response is always "3 weeks" and no additional info.
They installed the counter top for my kitchen wrong. The openning for the cooktop was not cut large enough and now my inductive cooktop is cracked. They would not listen when you called & charge you every time they come out to fix their mistakes.
I did not choose them. I went through Expo Design (part of Home Depot). It looks like Home Depot does not monitor their contractors. Now that Expo Design stores are closing, I am not getting any help. I called Home Depot customer care and they start putting the blame on me instead of helping. Very frustrating. I feel that they are all crooks.
Better than past reviews suggest‎
Just had Silestone installed for new kitchen countertops this summer. Both the people from Home Depot, and Stone Center were professional and worked to get the order completed within the three week timetable. The product is beautiful, and the template created a perfect fit around our garden window cutout. We would work with both companies again.‎

This place sucks!‎
I can't believe how bad this company is. In fact, I can't figure out how they stay in business...unless it's because Home Depot made me use them for my kitchen and bathroom countertops. The guy who came to make the template made so many errors I needed 3 seperate trips to have my counters installed, which resulted in 5 weeks without a kitchen sink or dishwasher! Seriously, his job was to measure and make a template, and if he can't do that right, then what can he do? Next, the installers made an error when they drilled the hole for my bathroom sink that was so bad I had to get an entirely new bathroom counter. To top it off, I've had to have my plumber come out 4 additional times because this company couldn't seem to do their job right the first time...or the second time. Now, the remaining piece, the bar that passes from the kitchen to the dining room is 6 inches too short. 6 inches! How much worse can the measurements get?!? So after taking my Saturday of a 3 ...
