Stone Brewing Co is a great place to go to for delicous food and beers. I've been to this place a number of times when I'm in the area and nothing I have ordered has ever disappoint and this includes their own beers.

Having said that, nothing on the menu is particular standout. I always order their ceviche which is delicous. If anything, go to this place for it's nice setting both outdoors and indoors. Expect to wait for a table sometimes for more than 30 minutes but if that is the case, head to the bar and order yourself a drink while you are waiting.

All in all, great restaurant but it is a bit out of the way from San Diego.

Stone World Bistro is by far the best restaurant in North County. The food is delicious, organic and amazing! Go in with a full wallet because you will want to treat yourself - the prices are high but worth it. SWB is the only restaurant in the area that offers a large selection of vegan entrees and they are intense and fantastic! The atmosphere inside is a cool blend of industrial and Zen with huge window doors to the gardens outside. The beer gardens are beautiful and peaceful. There is an outdoor bar and picnic areas around grassy areas, koi ponds, waterfalls, and organic veggie gardens. The only problem is that the servers can be overloaded with the constantly packed restaurant and it can take a while to get your food. However, this could be a good thing to because you get to enjoy the atmosphere even longer!

AWESOME beer selection and locally grown, organic food to match perfectly. Last night I tried the Smoky Porter with Chipotle Chiles and it had a real kick! Beer Mac n' Cheese is almost too good to be true...For an unusual dessert, try the REAL beer float ;)
