BEWARE WOMAN!!!
I went for a car inspection that I was told to go take a walk or look around NYC for an hour. A car inspection doesn't take an hour. Before the car went into the companies door I had knew everything about my car. What needed to be serviced how I was going to get things done when they gave me an inspection on the car what I would do. 45 minutes later I was told that a nail was in a tire to leave my car until Monday for a tire change????? This man name Mark must have really thought he was dealing with a Yo Yo. I told him I can go to Good Year tire company although I had excellent tires on my vehicle. When I returned to get my car you can tell someone stuck a nail in my car it wasn't even in the car deep like rolled on. I took pictures and I notice my car before he had taken it into his shop. If the dummies would have put it on the opposite side then maybe I would have said that it was possibility but, they put it on the drivers side and I would have noticed it. As soon as I looked at my car when I returned back to there place it was too noticeable as if someone just stuck it there. What was bad about it I was threaten by Mark because I called him to mention that I knew someone deliberately stuck the nail there. It doesn't take anyone two days to put a tire in a car if needed. So I told them I will see them in court. What I did was go to a mechanic in Brooklyn and he stated someone put it there to get MONEY!!!! I said I had knew that from the time I seen the car. I only went there for a $37 dollar inspection to be put on the line for a tire that didn't need to be changed because the nail was soooo short that it didn't even plugger the tire??? How dirty and low down people today will go for a dollar bill. It is sad because woman are targeted all over the place only because they try to deal with these under handed businesses. There is no shame in their game and I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. Your a rip off that couldn't rip me off the way you wanted to because I knew. This goes to show never trust anyone.

Fast and easy
I didn't realize my inspection sticker was about to expire until the day before it was up. Of course this was Sunday morning. I did a search and couldn't find a single shop to get an inspection. When I called Steven and Francine's amazingly somone picked up the phone! I was able to make an appointment for first thing the next morning. By noon on Monday I had a brand new inspection sticker! Great place!

Bait and switch
I own a vintage Mustang and went in to see them a few years ago about doing work on my car. Based on the number of vintage cars they had in the shop, I figured they must know what they're doing if people trust them. After having my car for almost a month and not being able to give me an estimate on the cost, I took the car back.

A couple years down the road, I needed to have a front end alignment and a few other minor repairs done. An original quote of a few hundred dollars turned into well over a thousand. They claimed to need to fix other things which had nothing to do with the alignment and other repairs.

After arguing with them about what they did (and didn't do), they "cut me a deal" and let me go with all their supposed repairs for only $1000. After taking the car on the roadtrip that these repairs were to prepare for, I realized that the alignment was in fact NOT done (because you could visibly see the tires on an angle), and the other repairs were shoddy.

I got ripped off for a thousand dollars. I'll NEVER go back there or recommend anyone else take their car there.

Be warned.
