They listened to me and fixed my mower in a lot shorter time than estimated and the cost was WAAAAY lower than I thought. I don't live in their town, but will gladly drive there to do business in the future.

Her is a good place to buy your building supplies. Customer service is good and the quality of lumber is good. Delivery could be a bit better, but over all a good solid company

I used to love Stephens and would take the kids there often as they have a lot of niche items and the people are friendly. However, we took our leaf blower in to have them look at it and they said it would be a week and a half and they would let us know. We had no idea what the problem was nor the cost. Two weeks later I went in to find out how much it would cost and they said they had fixed it and it would be $177.00. The blower is a year old and only cost $200. I asked why they had not called me for my consent and they said they do not do estimates. I asked why they didn't tell people that and they said that I could have my money back but that they would keep the blower. I went back twice to talk to them and they would not budge. I was not rude just shocked and disappointed that I was not given the courtesy of being able to make up my mind about fixing it. I will never shop there again and have told all my friends about the experience.
