I would say Stephans Cleaners is the best dry cleaning and alterations service in the Ocean Beach area. They also offer shoe repair service, which is quite awesome, as it’s not easy to find a quality shoe repair around. Their prices are reasonable, but the most important thing is the quality of their work. I'm always happy with the results of my alterations, dry cleaning and other repairs. The guy who is in charge there is always smiling and very friendly. Shoe repair they offer is a little bit pricy, but for the convenience it's totally worth it.
