I'm no expert on storage, but I like to support good people and be treated with respect as a customer. While the facility was nice and clean, the owner is really unpleasant - he seems like a truly miserable person who wants to make everyone else miserable too. I would never send anyone to him, and will never rent from him again. And he wont prorate my rent even though I gave my 10 days because I already payed (early, I might add) and he claims it is nonrefundable. Dont go here.

I would rather store my stuff under a rock than go back here. They are so terrible to their customers. I ran into some confusion with their 4 page microscopic type 'contract', and I was verbally abused by the man in charge of the operation when I approached him for help. Mind you, I am a very sweet and unassuming young woman-- I NEVER run into this kind of trouble. I also witnessed the man yelling at another customer-- an old woman!! There is something seriously, seriously wrong with this place! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Spread the word!!!
