I have had State Farm in Il for years before I moved to CA, they made the transition easy and were almost at down home as in IL. I never had a claim with them, but have heard stories about other cheaper firms giving the run around.
Pros : Small office with friendly folks, Diane Tracy (your agent) actually talks to you opposed to some of the others where you may get a different person every time.
Cons : May not be as cheap as the others, but hopefully the service might.
