If you are seeking employment it is a joke! i wasted my time there i took two test for two different positions that i know i qualified for and passed both of them. I was called a second time passed a typing test with 97% accuracy and never got called they were very unprofessional when i called to follow up couldnt seem to find my information. All for an 8.00 an hour pay. They require too much and in return give you nothing.Dont waste your time there.

I am VERY pleased with the service at Starcrest. I find things there I just never imagined seeing, and the prices are usually better than the ones others offer.

I have ordered from Starcrest for years and have been very happy with the service and most of my purchases, but in my last order two of the items, a microwave bacon cooker and a tortilla warmer, turned out to be junk. The bacon cooker melted in the microwave all over the bacon, while the tortilla warmer cracked across the bottom in the microwave. I called Starcrest and was told to throw the bacon cooker away and they sent me a check immediately. I haven't called them yet about the tortilla warmer but I anticipate having no problems with them. I have been reading the reviews by some disgruntled employees and am shocked by what I read. I also feel that some of the comments about the products and service that have been posted just might be from those same employees pretending to be customers. If you aren't happy working there, quit and get another job that you do like.‎

If you are seeking employment with Starcrest it is a joke!! My daughter a single mom with two small kids, who is proficient with the Internet, Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and can type 58wpm with 98% accuracy, had four interviews with Starcrest and still didn't get hired. The first interview was for testing, which I went with her and was not impressed with the front desk girls who give the testing, they are not dressed professsionally at all (i.e. jeans, t-shirt). The second interview was about past employment history and a tour of the office. The third interview, the person interviewing didn't even bother to come out of her office (they said she was in a meeting). The fourth interview, the person interviewing was rude and didn't give my daughter the time of day. All this for an $8.00 an hour job!!! The gas she spent going back and forth was ridiculous. She has since re-enrolled in college seeking a nursing career, so as not to be treated so unfairly by a minimum wage employer ever again... I guess I should be thanking Starcrest for not hiring her, they managed to do in four interviews, what I have been trying to do for a year, get my daughter back in school.

I have found Starcrest to be a good company, with products that deliver as promised. Starcrest customer service is excellent and their merchandise is good quality. Fast shipping is an extra bonus!
