My car broke down right in front of Star Motors. However, I drive a Chevrolet Monte Carlo, not a Mercedes. I went in to ask if they knew of a nearby shop I could be towed to, and they offered to look at my car there. All of the guys got together and pushed my car from across the street into the shop, while the office lady held traffic back (very busy street!). Anyway, my car had overheated, and it turned out to be the thermostat. One of the mechanics and the office lady stayed past closing time (this was 5:20 on a Friday evening) until the parts arrived and the work was done. They had me on my way in under 2 hours, and the repair bill was under $100! I was so happy that I didn't have to rent a car for the weekend or spend a fortune on a towing bill. They went out of their way to help me, even though I drove a Chevy and they fix Mercedes, thanks guys!

I was referred to Star motor when my late model Mercedes broke down. They diagnosed and fixed my car in 2 days where the dealer I had called said it would be a week. Star also picked me up at home when the car was finished and the price was $745 less then I was quoted at the dealer. I could not believe how kind the entire staff was. They went above and beyond, fixing several minor things at no charge. I wil never trust my vehicles to any other shop.

My daughter took her car there to get fixed and they charged an outrageous price and didn't fix it. My daughter was told by one of the techs that the price was too high and that they didn't even fix the problem. I have heard that another one of her friends had the same experience. It is so hard being a woman and trusting someone to take care of your car and then always getting taken advantage of. I recommend that you don't take your car there and if you do get something in writing to cover yourself.
