Not a Legitimate Company, STAY AWAY!
They took my money and delivered zero. Their contract actually says (in the fine print) that they do not have to actually put your ad on the carts in the store you choose! It also says that if you sue them, you will have to go to Ventura, Ca. They took over an existing contract from a company called Ad Cart but, never delivered. Ad Cart was great but, these guys are calculating creeps.
