Customer service needs help‎

Staples is the only large office supply store in Sumter, therefore they think that there is no need for customer service. I was trying to get information on fixing a notebook computer. I was told I could mail it in the the company or pay $199 for Staples to look at it. I got the feeling I was getting the bums rush...AND I was. The Assistant manager who was "helping me" ran out to the front of the store for a cigarette, leaving me standing at customer service without any resolution. Please plan your visits and questions around smoke breaks....you may be able to get more help!‎
