Very poor service in their print department. I needed a simple job done and the woman at the counter told me to wait. I waited and she began helping other people who got there after I did. There is a Kinko's a couple blocks up, they had me taken care of in less than 5 minutes. When I called to complain the assistant manager didn't seem terribly concerned about the incident. This is not the first time I have had poor service at this store but it will be the last time.
