Great Staff!‎

I had a great experience with this store. Originally I was calling an Office Max just down the street from this store, and was placed on hold for 12 minutes, with then a rude person picking back up. After I asked him if they had my toner cartridge, he replied rudely that they did not carry HP products. That seemed strange. Then I called this Staples and the person who picked up and was very pleasant and even confirmed they had the item in stock and provided me with the price. I went directly to the store where I was immediately greeted and offered me some help. The best service I have ever seen in a long time. Will definitely shop there again!‎
