Recently purchased a wall oven from Stanton's. The service by the sales staff was excellent in every way. I would recommend Stanton's without reservation for buying appliances. It is to early to evaluate service after the sale but anticipate that it will be good.

Bosch washing machine broke after 6 months. Service department is awful. Took off 2 and half days of work and it is still broke. Management will not call me back. They keep saing we will fix it the next day. I have no clothes or towels. Because it has been broke for 6 days. I think they must only have one repair man with no parts on his truck to fix anything.

Shopping here was a wonderful experience. I needed several appliances at once for a new home, and tired of not getting any attention at the big stores. I went here and got great, old-time customer service. The delivery was on time, the delivery people fast and courteous. And they actually care enough to follow up after delivery! It will be nice not to have to shop around next time I need an appliance.

My husband and I own a mobile home dealership - we frequently refer customers to Ace Appliance to get washers and dryers. We have also purchased our washer, dryer and dishwasher from Ace. We have always been very pleased with their prices, salesmen (especially Terry) and their service. Parking is limited at this location.
