Can't beat the price by Elizabeth R. at InsiderPages
The fruit here is super cheap but make sure to eat it in a couple of days or so. I usually go here if I'm having a party because it's a great deal. For everyday stuff it's worth it to get something you'll eat right away, but you might not want to stock up because the produce will start to spoil.

Best Produce Around
I've been on a kick to eat healthier but I'm discouraged by high prices and low quality at Jewel. I recently visited Stanleys and walked out with a ton of fruits and veggies for around $30. The place is crazy on the weekends so I would try to go during non-peak hours. Worth fighting the crowds though. I live close and will probably take a walk once a week to load up!

Better Produce Prices than Corporate Grocery Stores
I love it here! Everything is so cheap. All these people complaining about the food going back and being spoiled, well you have to understand that when you pay only fifty cents for a pound of strawberries, of course they are on the verge of going bad. They price items that are getting close to being spoiled at extremely cheap prices. You have to eat them right away or cook with them. Why do you think they're so cheap?! I always get good produce here, yea I have had some days where I can not find any good cucumbers or squash but everything else is great. This is a great place to shop when you cook homemade pasta sauce and other goodies. I get a great price on tomatoes that are too soft for salads but great to cook down into sauce. Last time I went they had sweet corn 10 for a dollar!! How can you beat that? Every time I go I leave with like 3-4 bags stuffed for under $30. Now when I buy my produce at Jewel I'll spend double that on 3 bags of produce. You really can not beat the prices here but remember it's not Whole Foods.

cheap organic produce by A M. at InsiderPages
The good thing about Stanley's is they offer a ton of low-priced fruits and vegetables. The even better thing is a lot of those fruits and vegetables are organic. The not-so-great thing is the fact that most of the produce spoils within 2 days of purchase. This might not be so bad if you live in the neighborhood, but it's not good if you want to stock up on food for the week.

PROS: cheap, abundant organic selections
CONS: food spoils quickly

Cheap Fresh Produce by EMS S. at InsiderPages
The place is simply sell fresh and cheap produce, some of them are even organic that they sell much lower compared to Whole Food. You can find fresh herbs like rosemary, oregano, taragon etc in a fraction of price compared to other groceries in the area. Often they sell apple taffy for 25 cents, that just how low the price can be in this place. The vegetable and fruits and flowers are always fresh here, in the summer time they sometimes sell small plant like basil and rosemary for less than $2. This place truly has became one of my favorite place to do my fresh grocery. Very highly recommended.
