what a waste of money‎

Several 6 months/service inspection for termites, the guy shows up (if he shows up) and asks me if I saw any termite. I say no, and he goes home. And the contract is for $ 800/year. Then I call them back since I have 2 bee hives. They come out, spray for 3 times ($ 275/time = total $ 825). After 8 weeks the bees are back but, guess what, the job has warranty only for 30 days. I ask them an estimate for the removal of the bee hive, they send out an "open" estimate of minimum $ 700 dollars, that can easily go up depending on the amount of job, but they cannot tell me what is the maximum amount I'm supposed to pay. Ridiculous service, useless company.‎
