We had them clean the carpets in 3 rooms and a staircase and they were very efficient and even moved some furniture so they could clean the carpets. They got every stain out of our off white berber carpets and they looked like new when they were done. We also had them apply a stain-guard, not sure how well that actually works.
Pros: Fast , friendly, efficient and relatively inexpensive
