After all the run around that I went throught before I met you, it was such a pleasure working with somebody that could look you in the eye and tell you what would it would take to find out what is wrong and then follow through. Chris called me in the afternoon with problem/repair info and had it ready by the next afternoon. Again, thanks!!‎

This is Chris at Standard Electric Works. We have to base what we work on daily by who needs it the most, such as businesses that use their compressors or generators on a daily basis and need them running to stay in business. We collect our evaluation fee up front due to customers leaving their merchandise for us to dispose of because after all our time of disassembling electrically evaluating the motor and all moving parts is using up time that could be spent repairing other customers units. I'm sorry that you weren't pleased with your evaluation of your treadmill motor.‎

They may do great work -- at this point, I have no idea -- but they simply could not work more slowly. They've had an electric motor of ours in for evaluation for more than a week, now, with no word back. I've called every other day, and always get the same answer: "We're going to get to it later today, and we'll call you." They were quick enough to take my $45 for the evaluation fee, but they don't return calls, they don't call when they say they will, and apparently they work on their own schedule, whatever that may be.‎
