Good customer service is hard to come by these days, especially when you hire someone to provide a service for your home. That is why I am so glad that I hired Staggs to clean my carpets. The staff on the telephone and the staff who came to clean the carpet were extremely friendly, the price was reasonable, they were surprisingly prompt and my carpet has never been this clean since it was purchased (and we get our floors cleaned every 6 mos). I would recommend there service to anyone.
