Please keep in mind that this is an overall review of the winery itself. Yes, Stags' Leap is a very en vogue wine so I felt it mandatory to stop in and do a tasting. Well, apparently they view themselves as so great that they can kick their customer service down a few notches. I waited for, oh I don't know, maybe 10 minutes before even getting served and the man pouring was less than courteous. Went back in for the next of four and waited again while he chatted with some of the many guests in the room (and more than myself was growing impatient, there were several people waiting). Now, I don't like to rush the experience but I don't want to spend hours in one place either. I finally gave up and left, I guess he felt like I wasn't a good sell. Please spend your time elsewhere. There is lots of good wine with good service Napa, you just won't find it here.

This is a must do in Napa. I very much enjoy their wines as well as the quaint winery. They have excellent wine and have the best people working there. They really do enjoy chatting with you about anything.

You might end up spending a little more but it's worth it.
