Saint Paul the APOSTLE church. by Justin R. at InsiderPages
I am a young adult that had been raised in this parish. God is with this church and is close to all who attend. I have always found peace in hard times due to the love this parish provides. Let your Minds be accepting and follow the morally correct path.

Much Love,

Justin Ramirez

Great Church! by E I. at InsiderPages
This is a great church! I have been going to this Church since 97 and it has always been great. They have one of the best youth/Comfirmation programs that i have experienced, great parish staff, friendly priests, and a very beautiful church and chapel. Yes, sometimes the choir is not the best, but they get my applause for attempting to do their best, and it's not a contest to find the best parish choir anyway.

PROS:
- Friendly staff
-Great Youth Program
-Preschool

CONS:
-People included in Mass (such as lectors, eucharistic min., etc.), are not very reverend whenever they pass the altar. VERY IMPORTANT
-Church is locked up on the weekdays (i thought it was supposed to be open all the time)
-Sometimes dirty (trash on the floor)

Political Agendas Here by None N. at InsiderPages
I have been a Catholic all my life. I've only had to walk out of a church before communion twice. A few weeks ago at this church was one of those times.
The priest, during his homily, starting talking about Mother Earth and how everyone right here in this parish was sinning against Mother Earth, how we all were guilty of overconsumption, of overspending, overeating, overusing and our greatest sin of all was our sin against the Earth. I kid you not. Our greatest sin of all is our sin against the Earth. Then he went on to talk about how we should all change our lives by riding bicycles more and by being less capitalistic.
What this has to do with the Gospel I do not know. Actually, that's not true. I do know: It has NOTHING to do with the Gospel, contrary to what this priest said.
I'm sorry but getting up in front of a packed church and claiming that the Gospel reading is a manifesto against Capitalism is just plain wrong. I will NEVER go to this church again.

I love this church! by mary w. at InsiderPages
I have been attending this church since it's inception. I love attending mass here. We are a community of all types of people who come together to worship and pray. This church wants nothing but good things for all its people of the earth. All my children have attended catechism here. They have become closer to the Lord, and they use these teachings to help them get through their lives. My son stopped a bully at school from picking on a smaller child. I'm so proud. I love this church because it has helped my children and myself become who we are today. When I attend Mass my week is always better. The people are terrific too.

This is a great chruch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I left the catholic church for 15 years Saint Christopher in West Covina was not inviting at all. When I had my daughter I wanted her to be catholic. We started attending Saint Paul's in May 1997 and have been going ever since. They are very kind and always helpful. I have attended the Harvest Festival every year and any one putting down a church for the actions of people that are attending, come on we don't check people at the door and say only Catholic may attend. This church welcomes everyone Cathoic or not. The people working are donating there time for this festival so the community can have a nice time. Which most do.
