This place treats patients like cattle. The receiptionist is rude, and the business manager is much worse: if you ask a question, she just looks at you with complete disgust.
The appointment times are NOT kept, expect to wait 30+ minutes (usually standing up, because they have only 10 -12 chairs) in the waiting room, then another 30 minutes in the dental chair. The temperature is cold, so bring a throw or light jacket. There are NO doors to between the 'offices' where the patients are treated.
I had to beg my dentist to wait for just a few minutes until the topical numbing medication had taken effect before sticking me with the novacain syringe. SHe replied that it would not get any number, but after waiting, it HAD gotten more numb. SHe was also impatient with me because I was moaning loudly. Apparently, she thought this would disturb other patients. Well, if the offices had doors, this wouldn't be an issue, would it? How dare I be scared and in pain?! This is by far the worst dental experience I've ever had.
They staff is in such a hurry to get all the patients done (because they are Seriously overbooked) that they don't explaint to you what is going on. I've been to many dentists (even military dentists!) and the entire experience at Spring Lake Dental is just awful.
