Spring Auto Service is a very bad repair shop. Our vehicle was in for over 2 years to have an engine replaced due to poor workmanship which caused the original engine to be destroyed. A total of four engines have been installed and all have failed.

After the last engine failed, I filed in JP court and had it repaired. The original problem was over heating. Mr. Dupu said it needed a thermostat and a new radiator. After all the engines and work that Spring Auto performed, the last repair was to repair a clogged radiator. It had never been corrected.

Mr. Dupu has lied to me and many others. I have spoken to past employees and victims of his work. All tell stories of his cheating and poor performance.

My car state inspection was over 5 months due as I was out of the state, so I went there for inspection.
After that came my mistake: I knew it was time to replace my brake pads (front & end). Usually I have my car routinely maintained at the Honda dealership. But at that moment I tried to save a trip & asked Spring Auto to replace for me. $300 total was OK. First week a little burning smell was OK too as I googled & it supposed so. But now it is the 4th week. Whenever I do a reverse, or hit the brake at 40+ mile/hr, the passenger rear side is having a humming noise. Don't think I will give them the chance to correct the issue as it was my mistake to save a trip in the first place. I will go to Honda dealership tomorrow to get it fixed. Honda dealer in Spring area is like to rip off people a little, but hey, at least they can do a quality work.

I gave him the chance to correct the problem and he did. Now I wil see if it holds up. Right now the car is running fine, If the problem comes back I will post the results.
