First of all, they regularly have new released movies available. The employees treat you with a fresh and respectful attitude and provide exceptional assistance that establishes a strong sense of satisfaction. They attempt to be efficient by listening attentively to the costumers needs. I highly recommend spotlight video.

Employees allow their friends to hang around the cash register and access personal account information such as name, address, payment information. Watch out as this is a sole proprietorship and unprofessionally-managed store. The advertising is deceiptful and they penalize you with late fees as there are a lot of "1-day rental." They are more like a home-run video rental and can be managed better by middle-schoolers. Do not use this video rental!

I looove Spotlight Video; the Palm Ave store. I go there for all my movies. I get the absolute best service there, they have a fantastic selection, the prices are ridiculously low, and the video clerk Tony always goes above and beyond just plain good customer service! I give this store two thumbs way up!
