The pest control company that I had been doing business with was taken over by another. A sales rep for Spot was going door to door in my neighborhood. Everything sounded great and they even promised to provide service on a specific day of the week which was critical for me. Of course once I contracted with them this never happened. They would leave me messages telling me that they were going to be at my home on a day that did not work for me. Even after speaking with them multiple times, I could not get them to regularly schedule for the weekday that I wanted. I was with them for a little over a year, and on at least 3 occasions they only sprayed my front yard, however I was billed for their full service. My husband got very frustrated with them and asked that they complete at least their last service and that we wanted to cancel their services.
