I was considering using Sport Clips since I live nearby. So I called to find out about basic hair cut cost, their hours, and if I needed an appointment. As I was asking about the appointment policy, the lady cut me off by saying "O.K. Bye" and hanging up. I decided to look elsewhere after getting a taste of their customer service.‎
