Rip off- ad for $19.99 but told me my '04 prius needed synthetic oil which cost $34 for 3.9 quarts, which it doesn't need. Plus $24 service and another $60 for a cabin air filter that should be $15 to $20. with tax $128.

These guys suck. Charged my ma' $106 bucks when she went in for a 19.95 oil change. Force charged her for several items that she did not request, & were not mentioned to her in advance. Even lied to her, told her she had synthetic oil so they up charged her 34 bucks on that alone. I CHANGED THE OIL LAST AND IT WAS NOT SYNTHETIC. On top of that it took AN HOUR...on a Tuesday afternoon. Charged her $24 to change the air filter. Yo, owner, Eric Paaz, come suck on these, I'll show you how I like it. I'm going to tell every single person I meet how terrible of a person you are. This will cost you far more than the 100 bucks you made last Tuesday.

We went there to get a simple oil change to save money....we ended up walking out of there with a stolen camera which cost me around $1500 after you add in the Canon camera, lenses, chargers, batteries, memory cards and bag. I begged them to just return the memory card because I can NOT replace the pictures and they did nto do a thing! The owner REFUSED to come down and even deal with the situation and after contacting the police he still has not provided them with a copy of the video survelance he claims to have!! I am not the first to have this happen!! DO NOT GO HERE! And if you have a similar story please contact me as we have friends at all 3 news stations that are willling to do a story on this to make sure it does not happen to anyone else!!!!!
