I think since this is the only other upscale kids shoe store in BOCA area besides Nordstrom, these people think they can be extremely abnoxious and rude! I've shopped there several times, thinking their service might improve but no luck. They had one young man working their last year, he was the only one who was nice! But now he is gone! They give you dirty looks if your childs needs to try on several different shoes to get the right fit. They only cater to people who show off their money, which is the typical crowd in Boca anyway!
