I'm not a fan of Greek Food, I've tried the lamb in several restaurants and I can never eat more than a bite, instead I get the Greek salad.

My cousin had been talking for some time about this place so I agreed to go with him, his wife, his kid and another cousin. We each got different platters (I ordered chicken) and once the food came we sampled from each other's plates. I was so amazed at the taste of the lamb! It was so good I actually exchanged one chicken kabob for a lamb one.

So yes, the food impressed me and if I ever have the craving for Greek food this will be the only place I go to. Also it's on Coronado Island overlooking Downtown San Diego. I think that's where the ferries dock and it's on a very cute shopping center. So you not only eat great food at good prices, but you can also go walk around for a bit and take in San Diego at it's best.

Good Greek food

This may not look like the best place in town when you first walk in, but they have very fresh and tasty food. I tend to usually get the Gyro platter with the rice pilaf, and it is amazing. Once you pick up your food, you can walk outside and sit by the bay. Nice place to go on a warm afternoon.

It might look like a little kitchen in a take away shop, but the freshest and most delicious food comes out of that kitchen. It is the best greek food I've ever had, and I've never had a bad experience there. The menu is remarkably large, and as I said, all of it is good and it's always fresh. Obviously I can't say enough - check it out.
