Reiki Classes - Alternative Healing
After one class, my depression lifted as I used the techniques and worked myself. After the second class I was working on friends who had headaches, muscle aches and even one friend with a panic attack. The best thing is that I don't need anything other than my two hands (not a pill, or doctor's appt.) to handle whatever my body dishes out.
