I purchased 2 pocket watches that needed to be engraved, simple initials. Spanelli told me that it would be ready in 1 day. However, when I called the next day they told me that they scratched 1 of the new pocket watches and needed to refinish the back. After waiting a week I finally got the watch back. It was not what I asked for at all, the letters were much smaller than I requested. The jeweler did not apologize and would not take anything off the price. Very poor business people. There were other scratches on the watch after I took a good look when I got home. Be careful of this business.
