The food: food was prepared well in general, well-seasoned but not overly so. The one glitch was with the steak, where part of the steak was at medium and part was at rare.

The service: the service is absolutely great. They took back the part of the steak that was rare and heated it back to the perfect medium rare, and with a smile.

The ambiance: the piano player made the mood light; the lighting was very soothing; the ceiling is pretty high, making the place relatively quiet despite a full house.

Overall: I would definitely go again if I visit Palm Springs area again.

My husband and I visited Palm Springs this weekend for a trade show and brought clients to Spencers for dinner. This place is beautiful (we sat on the courtyard) and the food and wine were delicious. We had the tuna tartar, lobster potstickers and seabass...one person in our party even raved about the liver and onions!!! What a wonderful surprise...we will definately go back next time we are in Palm Springs.

it tends to be frequented by the tennis crowd, probably because it's at a tennis club. The food is good with a pretty good variety on the menu. Excellent wine choices. Great desserts.
